As the founder of Apex Investigative Services, William Leighton brings years of training and expertise to this investigative agency. As a former Maryland State Trooper, Retail Internal-Theft Investigator, and a Territorial Loss Prevention Manager, Mr. Leighton leads Apex in its operation as a full service agency with expertise ranging from computer-based information networks, Pre-employment investigations, loss-prevention consulting, to domestic and worker's compensation investigations. Our Fingerprint Technicians are trained and certified by CJIS and dedicated to providing efficient, professional and friendly customer service. Apex offers fingerprinting at our office conveniently located in Glen Burnie, MD, near BWI airport, I-97 and Rt 100. Apex also offers Mobile fingerprinting services for businesses, hospitals, Vocational schools, colleges and other groups of 20 or more people. We conveniently provide fingerprinting, photos and notary service all in one place.
